Treehouse Escape at 1278

Treehouse Escape at 1278 is located on Snapper Drive in Ocean Lakes Family Campground. 

It is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom with split loft. The Master bedroom has a queen bed with closet and drawers and flat screen t.v. The second bedroom has a full bed with closet and drawers and flat screen t.v. The split level loft features 2 twin beds with drawers, closet and flat screen on one side and open play/seating area on the other side. The living room has an eat in kichen table with two stools, leather loveseat and recliner. The bathroom is a tub/shower combo. 

This is a brand new park model home that has been outfitted with all the upgrades. USB charging ports in all bedrooms, large farmhouse kitchen sink, split air conditioning system, and more. It has appliances and dishes. 

The split air system allows for private air flow and temp settings in the master and loft area. 

This home is tucked away on a quiet street on the Southside of the campground. A short drive to all amenities and the beach. This property comes with a complementary golf cart. 

Outside there is a gas grill and seating. The shed houses the golf cart with charger and a washer and dryer for your stay. There is also additional lighting for the evenings. 

This home is not pet friendly. 

Must be 21 and older to drive the golf cart.

25 and older to rent. 

Ocean Lakes requires an additional $10 per day per vehicle parking pass. Our site allows for 2 cars to be parked at it. This fee is paid to Ocean Lakes before you are allowed to enter.  

Linens are NOT provided with this rental! If you are in need of linens it is an additional $100 fee. The package includes Quilts, Flat&Fitted Sheets, Pillowcases, Washcloths, Towels and Hand towels. If you are bringing your own linens the bed set-up is Queen. Queen/Full, and two twins. The property does have pillows with protectors and the mattress have protectors on them.
